All our events and projects address specific tasks and strive to achieve certain goals. Therefore, at first, we always define results we want to see.

For the World Festival of Youth and Students we were asked to tell the youth from all over the world why they should visit the Russian Far East, so we sent the guests of the exposition on a VR flight in a superjet to give them a bird's eye view of the wonders of our land.
ENTERTAINMENT & ENGAGEMENT

A WOW effect is not enough. Strong impressions are great, but we do understand that they are just a means of building emotional bonds and direct communication between organisations and people. And when it comes to that, event marketing takes the cake.

Having the Megafon team relive their best childhood moments in the three days of the Summer Megacamp, we managed to build a tight-knit team, helped build ties between different departments, and received a personal commendation from the HR-department. "I have finally met many of my colleagues in person. Before that, all I really knew about them was their avatar in the e-correspondence," says one of the participants.
OFFLINE + ONLINE

We have gained unique experience in the integration of digital tools into our customers' projects. We know how to turn the audience of your event into a sustainable online community. It opens new prospects for participants, from instant feedback to online projects. It's the top trend for 2020.

For Rosneft Games 2019, we developed a special app where the participants could follow the progress and results of the competitions and, more importantly, interact and communicate with each other. After the end of the Games, the team members scattered throughout the Far East, but they kept on staying in touch via the app and shared their emotions.

Wherever possible, we work with measurable results. We care about the impact. NPS, ROI, EEI, EAI — we offer appropriate performance indicators for every project and ways to measure them.

At the fashion show in Blagoveshchensk, we turned the capsule collection runway show into a direct sales tool: thanks to a specially designed online service, the guests could get information about the designer clothes on their smartphones and could make an order. A third of the new collection was sold right at the show.
CREATIVE OUTSOURCING

A new trend and request from our customers — a strategic partnership with marketing, PR, or HR departments of their organisations. It's not even about a series of events for a year but about continuous online assistance, including assistance in developing solutions, new formats, creative inputs.

ENKA-LIFE Fitness asked us to develop an unconventional loyalty programme. The result was a full-fledged online marathon for their customers. Thanks to gamification tools, we managed to engage the company's customers and strengthened their relationship.
RELATIONS ARE KEY

Maybe everyone says that, we don't know. What we do know is that connection, trust, and mutual understanding with each and every one of our customers play the key role. Sometimes, it gradually turns into friendship. Well, it makes sense, because while working on a project with the customer's representatives, we become one team. We aren't just ships that pass in the night.

At some point, we even had more customers as guests at our internal events than our team members. Today, every second guest at the CSS birthday party is our customer's representative, and the rest are our team and partners.
